INTERNATIONAL SERVICES
CARGO BG Ltd. operates on both local and international level. Our primary focus is towards the international forwarding market and as main company activity we have the courier and cargo services to and from Bulgaria and the United Kingdom. Collections and deliveries are available for all major cities in Bulgaria including Sofia, Plovdiv, Pazardjik, Yambol, Bourgas, Varna, Rousse.
As we always strive to be maximum efficient and useful for our customers we are happy to consider other destinations as well. Upon availability our management team will be glad to discuss your individual needs and arrange delivery/collection from a particular town or village.
Our service schedule is for weekly departures from London and the usual day of the week is Sunday. All orders are processed only upon filling in and signing a mandatory order form and include *insurance on the transported goods (Terms and Conditions apply)

Strategically located our depot offer both collection and delivery service so we can swiftly attend your order.

For your convenience, every week between Thursday and Sunday we offer a collection service - picking up a consignment / luggage from an address in London and other places in England.
- From £10 to £30 for addresses in London (within the M25 ring road)
- £30 for addresses in central London (within the Congestion Charge zone)
- £1 per mile in the direction of addresses / places outside London - both directions are paid, starting point is the address of our warehouse in north London (N18 3AF).
All collection and delivery services in Bulgaria are carried out in the following way:
our representative will contact you and verbally agree with you the date and time of collection delivery or send you the relative information via text message.
goods and parcels will be released/collected only upon provision of a fully valid ID document from the contact person previously named in the relevant order form;
in order to release/collect any goods or parcels we require authorised signature and correctly completed order form;
it usually takes 4-5 days for our dedicated vehicle to cover the route distance (London – Bulgaria and vice versa). Once in Bulgaria it will take us up to 2 days to deliver the individual orders to their final destination. Our commitment is to complete any delivery for a maximum of 7 days from the day of departure of our dedicated vehicle (Terms and Conditions apply);

Departure from London depot – Sunday
Delivery to Bulgarian order destination – Friday/Saturday
For our customers in Bulgaria CARGO BG can currently offer collection/delivery depot services in Parvomay. If you are collecting an order your shipment will be safely stored until you visit our depot. Should you decide to send a parcel to the United Kingdom we will book it and swiftly ship it to its destination.
If you are unable to collect your order - do not worry as we can arrange it for you. We offer a reliable and secured courier service to your door via a third party Bulgarian courier company. Should you prefer CARGO BG to deliver it to you, do not hesitate to call us, we will be glad to help.
