Please always contact us prior shipment's dispatch, to arrange in advance all the important and necessary details.
Each shipment / luggage is subject to inspection before the course dispatch from Bulgaria to the Great Britain.
All prohibited and / or excisable goods (alcohol, cigarettes, coffee, medicines, including vitamins, homeopathy, fitness chemistry and food supplements) are removed and discarded / destroyed.
In case of violation found in transit and inspection - hidden contraband goods from the prohibited list (regardless of the country in which the transit route from Bulgaria to the GB), the data of the sender and consignee are provided upon request by the relevant control, state authorities established the violation (border, customs, police, revenue/taxation and others)!

- Full and correctly completed order form including Sender and Recipient contact details ;
How to send a shipment from Bulgaria to Great Britain ?
You can make a request for transportation of a shipment / luggage / parcel from Bulgaria to Great Britain every day , by phone call or via written message to any of our contacts , or by filling in the request form or the contact form on our website.
Telephone calls and written requests are accepted and processed during normal working hours - from 9 am to 6 pm.
A call is returned to unanswered telephone calls outside working hours on the next working day.
Written inquiries / requests sent outside working hours are answered on the next working day.
Courses from Bulgaria to the London are sent every week from our warehouse depot in city of RUSE 7005.
All parcels / luggage / shipments must be delivered / received in our warehouse in RUSE 7005 by the end of business hours on Wednesday.
Transit time to London is 5-7 calendar days (counted from Thursday).
After unloading the truck at our warehouse in London, each recipient is notified by phone or text message / SMS , and a personal arrangement is made on how to receive the shipment (from our storage depot in London or to the recipient's address).
Payment for our transport service can be made by both - the Sender from Bulgaria and the Recipient in Great Britain.

Cargo BG reserves the right to refuse service or return a shipment to a customer who has allowed himself to be rude, disrespectful or insulting to our employee - in person, in written communication or in a telephone conversation, as all costs and financial obligations for already performed service are at the expense of the client and are NOT refundable!
! Cargo BG will do everything possible and feasible for your shipment to be delivered in the fastest physically and practically possible way to its direction and destination.
Our company works for you WITHOUT A DAY OFF , every day of the week , both in London and in Bulgaria.
! Respect the work, effort, time and dignity of the employees who service the orders and deliver your shipments - they are not to blame for ignorance or lack of information on your part/behalf, for discrepancies between someone's expectations and factual reality, our company regulations and way of working, and the actual physical capabilities.
! Given the considerable distance between GB and Bulgaria, unforeseen delays in deliveries may occur caused by:
delays / cancellation of ferry connections between GB and Europe continent ; extraordinary traffic on the transit route between England and Bulgaria ; technical damage to our vehicles ; health problems of delivery service employees ; access regimes and / or additional inspections by state control officials (police, customs, border, etc.) ; closed border crossings / roads / streets due to incidents / accidents ; road repairs ; stopping freight traffic due to high summer temperatures or low winter temperatures or other adverse weather conditions or natural disasters ; closed or blocked roads / boulevards / streets due to marathons, concerts, protests, demonstrations or other public events (planned or spontaneous) ; as well as in all other unforeseen and unwanted force-majeure circumstances.
All these circumstances are unfortunately an integral part of international transport passing through the territory of many countries and taking into account the specific conditions and requirements of each of them.
