"LONDON POSTBOX" SERVICE
CargoBG offers you the service "Mailbox in London" - a business address (warehouse) for accepting any postal, courier, cargo and pallet shipments, with subsequent delivery to any place in Bulgaria.
The service is applicable both for Internet / online shopping and for sending other types of shipments / personal luggage / business cargo from any location far from London, England, Wales, Scotland, Ireland.
If you want to use our "Mailbox in London" service on regular basis, please first register in our system -> click the green Registration button at the very bottom of this webpage.
After successful registration you will receive your personal customer (client) number, and please make sure it's included on the postal / courier label of every single of your shipments.
To use the service just once, you do not need to register in our system, but you must notify us of your intentions and wishes (either in writing, or by phone call).

Our warehouse depot has working hours 9am-5pm / 9-17, from Monday to Sunday inclusive, without a day off.
Use of our "LONDON POSTBOX" service is charged a minimum of £1 per individual shipment / package received. This fee includes and you receive: guaranteed acceptance of the shipment / delivery in our warehouse in London during our regulated working hours 9-17h. from Monday to Sunday inclusive, plus warehouse / storage until the moment of departure for Bulgaria, plus the service 'grouping / combining of shipments' within the work week between two courses for Bulgaria.
*Depending on the sizes, volume, weight and our commitment to storage of the shipments, the fee may be higher, subject to our discretion and the relevant agreement with each customer.
! It is desirable and advisable to consult with us before ordering non-standard, large, bulky or heavy goods / shipments / cargo.
Tariffs for transport from our London warehouse to Bulgaria are shown in Tariffs section of the menu on the left hand side.
Delivery from our warehouse in London to Bulgaria is charged according to the total weight (real or volume) of the shipment, regardless of the number and type of individual goods / items / items in it. For each individual consignment / package, the actual weight and bulk density are measured, and the higher of these two values is charged.
In due time we have already done everything necessary to adapt to the current Brexit requirements and documentary formalities of the current customs regime, so that we can ensure the normal performance of our services, and for the maximum smooth passage of shipments through customs inspections.
Payment for delivery can be made in the following ways:
- by bank transfer in BGN to our Bulgarian account
- by bank transfer in British pound sterling (GBP / £) to our English account
- with PayPal to British Pound Sterling (GBP / £)
- upon receipt in Bulgaria (cash on delivery) in Bulgarian levs (at a rate determined by our company)
IF YOU HAVE READ AND AGREED WITH ALL THE ABOVE CONDITIONS, AND WANT TO PROCEED AND USE OUR SERVICE "LONDON POSTBOX", YOU CAN (SEE BELOW):
! All shipments delivered to our London warehouse depot from 9 am. Monday until 5 p.m. Sunday, are prepared, loaded and sent to Bulgaria at the beginning of each new week (between Monday and Wednesday).
We can do Groupage / Combination of shipments in one common delivery to Bulgaria only within the same working week, i.e. the days between two courses from London to Bulgaria.
! Shipments are NOT kept in our London warehouse for combinations with possible future shipments (for which neither you nor we can be sure when and if they will be delivered to us at all).
! Your concern is to organize your shopping and deliveries from different places / sources (shops / traders / sellers) so that if you want all individual shipments to be combined / grouped and sent to Bulgaria altogether in a common shipment / delivery, they must be delivered to our warehouse in London in the same working week (Monday to Sunday inclusive) i.e the days between two courses for Bulgaria.
! Commitment and personal care of each customer is to communicate with the senders of their shipments (sellers / traders / shops) and to require them to correctly write / label the consignments, as well as the tracking information for each shipment (the name of the selected courier or postal company together with the unique reference-barcode-tracking number of the shipment).
With the tracking information provided by the sender, you can track the online movement and delivery of your shipment/consignment to our London warehouse depot.
Upon request from a client, we can provide information about shipments received / delivered to us after the end of the working week (Sunday 5 pm).
After the respective course / truck is loaded and sent, we will inform you and confirm the number and type of the individual packages delivered / received with us, their size and weight, the price charge and time to the requested delivery destination / location in Bulgaria.
For registered customers for our 'LONDON POSTBOX' service, our office telephones accept inquiries every day between 9am-6pm (9-18), which is in accordance with the working hours of our warehouse, where your shipments are accepted.
All written inquiries (E-mail / Facebook / Viber / WhatsApp / Telegram / Skype / SMS) are answered within 24 hours.
When using our address in London for online shopping and directing shipments / deliveries, we have the following requirements:
1. Each shipment to be inscribed / labeled with the name of our company CargoBG Ltd. along with your Name, Surname and Personal Client Number given to you after successful registration on our website ;
2. To be notified in writing (to any of our written contacts) of each purchase / order, respectively the type and content of the shipment / delivery sent to our warehouse depot in London ;
3. Each consignment must be properly and securely packed, padded and well sealed for international transport. Shipments with fragile / delicate content must be inscribed / marked on each side with large cleraly visible inscriptions FRAGILE.
! IMPORTANT !
! Registration forms in some online stores offer the function of recognizing the UK postal code and automatically filling in an address.
DO NOT use automatic address recognition and completion!
Always fill in our London warehouse address MANUALLY, field by field, exactly as we gave it to you, preferably by using COPY -> PASTE (so to avoid copying / typing errors).
! Registration forms in some online stores do NOT allow numbers to be entered in the name fields. If you come across such a store, don't worry, just fill in your FULL names, without your personal customer number, and we will recognize the shipment by the name of the courier company supplier and the unique barcode / tracking number of the shipment you need to receive (or request). ) from each store / trader / seller, for each order placed.
! When shopping from the English site of EBAY (www.EBAY.co.uk) - fill in the address of our warehouse in your EBAY account BEFORE you buy goods before betting on auctions, before placing offers, so that the system can perceive you as UK based user with a real UK address. This way you will first see the correct prices for delivery to a UK address (to our warehouse in London), and secondly the EBAY system and / or sellers / traders will not place restrictions on your shopping or cancel your bets and offers.
! The actual price for our transport service may be different from the initially submitted oral or written offer, if the weight (in kg.) Or the dimensions (in cm.) Of the shipment do not correspond and differ from the data previously provided by the customer. After receiving the shipment in our warehouse and charging, each customer is notified of the actual price of our transport service or of any change in this price. To avoid such situations related to possible price surprises, it is IMPORTANT to specify with the seller / trader / store the size and weight of the goods / shipment (in packaged form) before proceeding to its purchase and payment.
! All shipments must arrive with us in appropriate, reliable, outer packaging and inner protective packaging, and in the absence of such, the shipment is repacked or repacked at our discretion and according to our current capabilities, and the cost of packaging will be added to the price of our transport service to Bulgaria.
! CargoBG Ltd is NOT responsible for delayed or failed delivery of a shipment that is without a correctly written / labeled reference to the recipient (names and / or personal customer number), or for incorrectly writing the address of our warehouse in London, as well as for deliveries outside the working hours of our warehouse, or for non-standard / bulky shipments for which we have not been notified in advance and warned to expect.
! Unclaimed by a customer (recipient or sender) shipment within a period of 6 weeks (calendar month and a half) is destroyed / discarded, after which CargoBG is not responsible and committed to its delivery.
